We promise to bring you the same level of fun and excitement as in years past with a little Spikeball thrown into the Mix.

Event Information:
- Date: July 2, 2022
- Time: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Where:1 Heckscher State Parkway, East Islip NY 11730, Field #3.
- 84 Teams compete to win $1000, $400, $200
- $100 Bonus Ultimate PaddleZlam competition
- Register online: $50 per player, $100 per team.
- Registering as a team is encouraged. Single player registration is accepted and players will be placed with other single players.
Schedule for the Day:
- 8:00 AM – Players/Teams Arrive & Check In
- 9:00 AM – Welcome Message, Rules and Days Events
- 9:30 AM – Game Rules, Play & Practice
- 10:00 AM – Games Begin – Games 1-4
- 11:45 AM – Lunch (Multiple breaks throughout the day)
- 12:00 PM – Games Continue – Games 5-7
- 2:00 PM – Playoff Setup (Top 32 Teams)
- 4:30 PM – Championship Game
- 4:45 PM – Ultimate PaddleZlam Tournament
- 5:00 PM – Awards & Close
What Registration includes:
- Free Long Island Battleground T-Shirt
- Vendor/Games: Teams are guaranteed to play 7 games in tournament and top 32 teams move on to playoffs. All teams will have access to vendors for game information and discounted pricing.
- Prizes: 1st place – $1000; 2nd place – $400; 3rd place – $200
- *Bonus 150 for Ultimate PaddleZlam Championship matchup
$50 per player, $100 Per team - Food/Drinks: Miller’s Ale House will supply a variety of food & drinks to paid players only.
- Adult Drinks: West Hampton Beach Brewing Co will supply adult beverages and drinks.
- Music/DJ: 94.3 The Shark and DJ Pete will be playing music and game announcements throughout the day.
- Raffles: There will be different raffles throughout the day for cash prizes and free games.
- 10% of all registrations will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Suffolk County, NY.
Disclaimer:
- Rain or shine event. In the event the park closes, a new event date will be chosen. If you are unable to attend that new date, a full refund will be given.
- 48 hour cancellation policy. $10 administration fee.
- All minors must register with an adult to be eligible to play in Battleground Games.
- All registrants must arrive no later than 9:30AM or BGG reserves the right to sell their spots.
- Team attire is encouraged, but nothing offensive please.
- Heckscher State Park charges an $10 fee per car for parking. Ridesharing is greatly encouraged.
- This is a friendly competition, intended to encourage teamwork and camaraderie so leave the attitudes at home and bring your best!
- Identification will be required at time of check-in
